The centre houses a combination of time-served foreign national offenders and immigration offenders while the Home Office arranges their removal from the UK. Residents are not permitted to leave the centre or access the local area. Consequently, recreational, educational, healthcare, living, and faith-related facilities are provided entirely onsite. The healthcare department provides a range of services including primary care, mental health, substance misuse, pharmacy, dental, optometry, physiotherapy, podiatry, and audiology delivered either by us or our specialist partners. During this period, you will be undertaking your company and centre induction, supporting setting up the department, helping where required, and generally supporting the service to go live as prepared as we can be.   Job Summary Join a new service at Campsfield  focused on providing a high-quality service to the residents. The duties will vary depending on the needs of the department with the day’s priorities agreed with the Head of Healthcare and Senior Clinical Lead.  You will work with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver an excellent healthcare service which is evidenced based, person-centred, and non-judgement care.  You will share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure an open, learning environment and encourage others in the team to continue their professional development You will work closely with our partners and stakeholders striving for continuous quality improvement and ensuring healthcare records are maintained in accordance with governance policies.
